The Problem

I wanted a hands-on answer to a question my day job kept raising: what does it actually take to build something with generative AI end to end — not a demo, but a living product with an audience? AI-generated content is everywhere, but almost all of it is one-off and inconsistent. The hard part isn't producing a single impressive image — it's a character that stays consistent across posts, a workflow that repeats without me rebuilding it every time, and output good enough that a real audience chooses to follow it.

What I learned: the workflow is the product

The character is the visible artifact, but the real build is the repeatable pipeline behind it. Getting Claude Skills to reliably turn an idea into a publishable brief taught me more about shipping with AI than any single generation did.

I used Claude to develop the persona — look, personality, and voice — then used 4 Claude skills that turn a content idea into a production-ready brief: scene direction, caption, and generation prompts I can hand to the video tools without starting from scratch.

Higgsfield Cinema Studio

I provided Higgsfield.ai with the Claude video script prompts to produce the videos — keeping the character consistent across scenes and formats.

Instagram as the test bench

The feed format gives fast, honest signal. Every post is an experiment with visible reach and engagement, and what the audience ignores shapes what gets built next.
